BJP Mahila Morcha led by its State President Purnima Sharma celebrated Sushasan Diwas on the birthday of former Prime Minister & Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee among the students of Government Middle School, Sarwal, which was organized by its State General Secretary, Veenu Khanna. Mahila Morcha State Secretary Neena Gupta was also present on the occasion.
Students and the staff of school led by the School Principal remembered the good works of the great leader Atal ji and wished God Almighty that his life ahead be filled with years of joys and prosperity so that his guidance be available to all future generations for the character building and Nationalism. There were host of cultural programmes marked by the Debate Competition and the poetry written by Atal ji, after which the students were distributed stationary and eatables by the Mahila Morcha leaders.
While speaking on the occasion, Purnima Sharma said that Atal ji has worked for the poor and the downtrodden in his entire life while always focusing on the upliftment of last man living in the most neglected sections of the society. She said that he raised his voice for the deserving in the most hostile circumstances and his dedicated life inspires every single person to do something good for the society.
Veenu Khanna prompted the students to take the invaluable lessons from his life instances where he braved all the odds and evils prevailing in the society with a mission to make India “Vishav Guru” among all the Nations of Earth.
The vote of thanks was given by the Principal of the school to the all dignitaries for embracing the event by their presence. And a special thanks was given by the Principal to BJP Mahila Morcha team for organising the event.
