In order to facilitate one to one interaction and develop mutual relationships for felicitation of party work, a meeting of the newly nominated State Office Bearers of BJP Mahila Morcha, under the aegis of its State President Purnima Sharma was held at Trikuta Nagar office.
BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A.), alongwith State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, State General Secretaries Pawan Khajuria and Harinder Gupta, Mahila Morcha State President Purnima Sharma and Morcha Incharge Munish Sharma, chaired this meeting.
Purnima Sharma introduced the newly nominated office bearers and other prominent leaders of the morcha and highlighted the party’s line of social action for their future guidance.
Sat Sharma, while congratulating and welcoming these Mahila Morcha Office Bearers exhorted them to work dedicatedly for the party and reach every household, especially the womenfolk in their area of responsibility and apprise them of the PM Narendra Modi’s various schemes for their upliftment. They should lay down special stress on “Beti Bachao Beti Padao” abhiyan launched by the Central government. The efforts of the Morcha activists should inspire others to contribute their mite in this sacred social crusade. Womenfolk constitute half of the population of the country and their economic social and psychological state would determine the state of the entire society. In the given peculiar social conditions we must pay special attention to the problems and prosperity of the womenfolk.
Ashok Kaul, in his address, said that it has been scientifically established the women are not inferior to men in any manner. The women have excelled and outdone men in many fields given the opportunity and the felicitation. These days girls have invariably outshined the boys in the 10th and 12th class examinations results. The morcha activists should not in any manner entertain the notion that they are lesser then the men. He advised the activists to take the party’s message and ideology to the remotest corner of the state and should ensure that there are party workers active up to the level of Polling booth, Ward, Mandal, District and State.
Purnima Sharma assured that the Mahila Morcha will work wholeheartedly to reach the womenfolk in particular and educate them about the various welfare schemes launched exclusively for women and help them in availing the benefits of such schemes.
