All the ministers of BJP have been directed by the party to be available at Kachi Chawni Office, Jammu, for maximum time to meet the public and address their grievances.
According to BJP State General Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh, although assembly session is in progress and the ministers in particular may be busy with assembly business at summer capital but keeping in view the hardships being faced by Jammuites in these summers, every minister of the party has been asked to spare time for meeting the people at Jammu so that their problems are listened and immediate instructions passed for the solution of the same.
Dr. Narinder Singh said that the schedule for the month of June has been prepared and conveyed to every minister, which is being followed from today when Health Minister Bali Bhagat met the people and will also be available on June 11.
According to the party’s schedule, Sheep & Animal Husbandry Minister Abdul Ghani Kohli will be in Jammu to meet public on June 12.
Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh will be available at party office on June 14.
On June 15 and 16, MoS Education Smt. Priya Sethi will listen to the grievances of the public.
PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Minister Sham Choudhary will be attending the public on 17 and 18 June.
Industries & Commerce Minister Chander Prakash Ganga will meet the public June 19 and June 20.
Ch. Lal Singh, Forest Minister, will be sitting at party office on June 21 & 22 June.
MoS Transport Sunil Sharma will be available on 24th & 25th June.
Similarly, MoS Finance Ajay Nanda will meet public on June 26.
Cooperative Minister Tsering Dorjey will be available on June 27 & 28.
PHE Minister Sham Choudhary will again be available on June 29 and 30.
Dr. Narinder Singh said that barring two or three days, almost a minister will be sitting at Jammu everyday for the convenience of the public.
