BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma CA, paid rich tributes to veteran leader of the party and Ex MLA from Jammu West Assembly Constituency Hans Raj Dogra on his 11th death anniversary in a programme held at Ambphalla in presence of a large number of people from different sections of the society, party activists and the family members of the former legislature. He garlanded the portrait of Late Hans Raj Dogra and spoke on his life describing him as great leader of his times.
Sat Sharma, in his tributes, said that Hans Raj Dogra was from among the founding members of Bharatiya Janata Party, who devoted his whole life towards the service of the nation and the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Dogra was a prominent figure during the days of Praja Parishad and Bharatiya Jana Sangh, who later served BJP in different capacities and became MLA of the party of the party in 1996, when BJP had 8 MLAs in the state assembly. During his tenure as MLA till 2002, Dogra undertook a number of developmental works in the constituency and earned applaud of the people. He was a respectable leader not only in the party but in general public also he had a very notable image, which he earned by the dint of his commitment towards the cause of the nation and the organization.
Suman Dogra, the elder son of Hans Raj Dogra, BJP OBC Morcha State President Murari Lal Balgotra, BJP leaders Vijay Sharma, Surinder Bhagat, Dinesh Gupta, Balwan Singh, Balbir Gupta, Ramesh Khajuria and Kasturi Lal, Dogra’s son in law Bansi Lal Choudhary, his family members including Aditya Dogra, Ashwani Dogra, Vikas Dogra, Arti Dogra, Pinky Dogra, Honey Dogra, Dolly Dogra, Saksham Dogra, Mayank Dogra and Priya Dogra also paid their tributes.
