A workshop was organized by BJYM Kashmir at Party headquarters, Rajbagh Srinagar on “Yuva for Digital Paisa” to make Yuva Morcha activist aware about various digital transaction methods. On the occasion an folder with all information on digital transaction was launched by BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, along with BJYM State Vice President Er. Eijaz Hussain, . State Additional Media Secretary Altaf Thakur, BJP District Vice-president Srinagar Ashok Butt, Incharge BJP District Bandipora Ashraf Rishi and Raja Shoket.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Magotra said that Youth of the country have shown faith on our Prime Minister’s bold decision of demonetization and when there are around “80 crore” people who possess debit or credit cards and “90 crore mobile users” are already in the country, it should not be challenging to move towards cashless transactions. Our present effort and support to cashless economy will secure future of Bharat. He further said that with demonetization, we have seen that small vendors in the country are using digital transaction methods, and are going digital, which was one of the dream of our Prime Minister. Dr. Magotra further appealed the Youth to reach at every door step of farmer, common masses to aware them about digital Paisa. He further said, youth is the only solution to all the problems of Kashmir, our government have a lot of schemes and packages for the youth of state, and youth of Kashmir should take maximum benefits from these schemes. Dr. Magotra further added, that now it is the time when youth of Kashmir have to hold the flag of development themselves and not fall prey to other forces who have always use them for their petty politics and destroyed their future. He further added, that all banks across the country, be it government run, co-operative or private banks, all are offering debit card, credit card to their customers efficiently. Given to these statistics, it should not be challenging to move towards cashless transactions.
On the occasion, Er. Aijaz said that, for ensuring re-making of Indian economy demonetize high denominations by our Prime Minister is a welcome step and he has high aspirations from the Youth of the country to make it a big success. He further said that now, Youth of the country should join hands to make “Digital Paisa” a big revolution in the country, and Youth of Kashmir will also join in this campaign to eradicate corruption and black money from the country. Later Er. Aijaz also discuss some digital transaction methods like –use of bank cards, e-wallets, AADHAAR-enabled payment, unified payment interface and USSD.
