 He said special focus has been given to develop Leh and Kargil towns.
 Asked officers to ensure requisite supply of electric power supply to Ladakh region.
 Dr Nirmal Singh also conveyed a special message from the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to the people of the Ladakh.
