Daljit Singh Chib, (Minister of State), Vice Chairman, J&K State Advisory Board for Development of Kisans today inspected Middle School Jourian. which already has been adopted by him.
Shri Chib while sharing memories of the past said that he was an active member of the Government Middle school and wanted this to be one of the best schools in the State.
He said that “Only those parents are sending their children to Government schools who are economically weak which is not a very good message for the society”.
He further said that every student of the Govt. Middle School Jourian should come in a proper uniform and directed Head master of the school to provide him a list of the students who have no uniform/ notebooks / shoes etc.so that he can personally make necessary arrangements for them.
Mr.Chib added that he will provide all the facilities to the Government Middle School Jourian on the pattern of modern schools.
He further said that well qualified teachers are working in the Government Middle school Jourian and has shown very excellent results which is to be highlighted properly.
He said that this coalition government is very keen to improve the education system in our State so that people will themself judge the importance of the Government Schools.
He directed the Head Master of the School to provide him a list of the pending assignments /works which are needed for the proper functioning of the school.He impressed upon teachers as this age is the age of competition and it is the responsibility of both teachers and students that they should learn and work together to build a strong nation.
