In continuation of party’s ongoing constituency level “Vikas Sushasan Sankalp Rallies”, a massive gathering was addressed by Union MoS in PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh, BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A), Distt. Prabhari Col. Uttam Singh, MLA Ajay Nanda and District President Kuldeep Kumar Dubey at Reasi on Saturday.
It was organized by Reasi District President Kuldeep Kumar Dubey.Dr. Jitendra Singh reminded the public that BJP led NDA government has taken number of major initiatives to make the people prosperous and ensure the development of all the regions of the state. PM Modi’s 80 thousand crore package for the state reflects the genuine and sincere concern for the people of the state. He said that he at his level is ensuring that new beneficial schemes are taken up and extended to the state regularly. New schemes for road and rail connectivity are being initiated. The tourism sector in Jammu region is being specially attended by the Central government. He adopted the worst flood effected villages in Jammu region for accelerated reconstruction and development. He also congratulated the public for having vigoursly responded to the schemes of the government of India especially Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Atal Pension Yojna, Mudra Bank Yojna, Jan Dan Yojna, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan etc. He said that to ensure effective implementation of various welfare schemes of the NDA government the cooperation of the public is must.
Sat Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, said that the panchayat elections are going to be held shortly to rejenuate and activise the grass root democracy in the state. This decision of putting life in the grass root democracy at village level was taken by the BJP – PDP coalition government to deepen its democratic and development agenda. He appealed the party workers and the public to work and vote for BJP. He further added that Modi-led NDA government at the Centre and previous PDP-BJP coalition government in the state took a number of decisions and initiated new measures aimed at development and welfare of the masses equitably and in all the regions of the state. He said that improving basic infrastructure in the state and the country is the agenda of the BJP and Modi government is working on the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas.
Reasi Distt. Prabhari Col. Uttam Singh said that the BJP government at the centre has fulfilled the long pending demand of the Ex-servicemen of One Rank One Pension. He also said that BJP government at the Centre has also initiated measures to rehabilitate the 1947 refugees, border refugees and victims of the cross border firing.
MLA Reasi Ajay Nanda spoke on the works related to development and welfare being initiated in the constituency during last one year and assured to work wholeheartedly to mitigate the problems of the people.
