Present Government Will Reverse The Injustice to Poor & Marginalized Done by Earlier Governments : Vibodh
A large number of deputations from the remote villages of Rajouri called on BJP senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta at Dak Bungalow Rajouri. The deputations from the Dogani, Shahpur Dungi, Bathooni, Dhamana, Chakli, Chingus and Androli villages expressed their strong resentment over the biased 2011 economic survey. The locals said that as a result of this biased survey they are being deprived of the benefits which are being given to the poor as part of the various centrally sponsored schemes. While referring to the schemes like Pardhan Mantri Ujawala Yojana and Pardhan Mantri Awas Yojana the visiting deputations said that since for giving benefits of these welfare schemes the concerned officials are referring to the 2011 economic survey so they being kept out of the purview of these schemes as 2011 survey was the most biased economic survey.
While addressing the members of these deputations Vibodh said that this is a very serious matter as the present Government has been made by poor people so that they can have a better life. He further added that present Government will certainly reverse the injustice done to the poor and marginalized people as a result of the biased attitude of the earlier Governments. He termed the biased economic survey of 2011 as a very unfortunate and informed that this was also discussed in the assembly session and at that time also concerned BDO’s were asked to look into this and accordingly take necessary action. Vibodh said that now based on the inputs from the large number of visiting deputations who have raised this issue he will soon take up this matter with Hon’ble Chief Minister and Hon’ble Dy. Chief Minister. He assured that such type of injustice to the poor families will never be tolerated and for this he will also take up this matter with Deputy Commissioner Rajouri. He also highlighted that present Government’s under the able leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narinder Modi and Hon’ble Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is working hard and accordingly various new programmes and schemes for the welfare of poor and needy are being designed. He assured the local people that Government will take all the necessary measures so that benefit of Government schemes must reach to the last man in the que without any biased attitude as was being done by the earlier Governments led by Congress and National Conference.
