BJP State Secretary & Incharge Programme & Meetings Department Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana conducted the meeting of state and district office bearers of Programme & Meeting department at party head office Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Ghulam Ali Khatana said under the new scheme of things in the party administration, establishment of a total of 19 department and 10 projects had been announced by the National President Amit Shah about year ago. Khatana disclosed the leaders present in the meeting and said that we should adopt the aims of the national programmes and shall build up a positive opinion across the masses. He said that after making the plan of action of the various organizational and other programmes by the BJP and also ensuring of proper management and follow up of these programmes. He further said that we should develop protocol of various national programmes for their smooth commencement. He also narrated that leaders of programme and meeting department should highlight the good points and to analyse the short coming of every organizational and other programme/meetings, they also review the productivity of each programme.
Gurdyal Singh Bali, Mushtaq Inqlabi, Amit Sharma (C.A), Shokat Bhatti, Chunni Lal, Maqbool Wagay, Noor-ul-Nisa, Muneera Begam, Showkat Ali, Nazir Ahmed Khan, Harpreet Singh Bali, Mohd. Rafiq and others were present in the meeting.
