MLA Jammu East and party chief whip Rajesh Gupta led the victory celebrations along with the party workers throughout the main bazaars of the constituency. Halwa was distributed and fire crackers were also burst to celebrate the victory of BJP in the North East states. The workers and the office bearers of the Jammu East started dancing to the tunes of dhol as soon as the results of the elections became clear in favour of the BJP and it became evident that the party has made big inroads in the hitherto uncharted territory for the BJP.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that the victory of BJP has proved that the mantra of sab ka saath sab ka vikaas is the ultimate philosophy that will lead to the development of the country across all the geographic regions of the state and finds resonance in all the states of the country. All the party cadres of the North East states under the dynamic leadership of Amit Shah Ji and our Prime Minister Shri Narinder Bhai Modi Ji deserve congratulations for the wonderful victory and many more to follow in the coming year.Rajesh Gupta said that this victory also reminds us to rededicate ourselves to the welfare of the people and to ensure that the fruits of development reach the grass root levels and our growth becomes truly inclusive.
