Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Jugal Kishore Sharma, donated rupees five lakh for the development of B.R. Ambedkar Park situated near Salani bridge in Rajouri town.
A letter for release of rupees five lakh from his MPLAD was handed over by Jugal Kishore Sharma to Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Rajouri district President Badri Nath and the members of the sabha in presence of Pahari Board Vice-Chairman Kuldeep Raj Gupta, MLC Vibodh Gupta and BJP District President Dinesh Sharma.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, who was on one day tour of Rajouri, said that while the funds are made available for the works related to developmental activities in different areas of the Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency, due attention is also given to the needs of various social and religious works which are delayed due to financial crunch but are necessary and hence ought to be taken care.
Jugal Kishore Sharma also visited various spots where the centrally sponsored projects are in progress and reviewed the working. He stressed on quality work and assured that more projects related to basic amenities and means of communication will be brought from the Central government. He also asked the local activists of the BJP to regularly keep watch on the works and make it sure that these are completed on time so that the people are not made to suffer any more.
