New Airlines ticketing counter complex at the Jammu Airport was inaugurated today by Member of Parliament, Jugal Kishore Sharma.
These newly constructed counters at the entry gate of Jammu Airport shall provide the much needed ticket booking facilities to the public without going through the hassles of security checks. In addition to the ticket booking, other facilities such as ticket printing, entry tickets, facility of post office and Airport Pass Section shall also be available at the main entry gate of the Airport.
Speaking on the occasion, Jugal Kishore Sharma said that these ticketing counters are a welcome change at the airport and shall alleviate some of the passenger woes.
Airport Director Jammu, D K Gautam said that the new ticketing counter complex is the first achieved milestone of the Jammu Airport Terminal Building Expansion Project and shall make the facilities like ticket booking, Airport entry pass section, post office etc more accessible to the people of Jammu. He also said that the new Arrival hall of the expanded Terminal Building is going to be commissioned shortly.
