Karya Vistar Yojana celeberated at Moughla
Advocate Vibodh Gupta, MLC Rajouri along with his associates conducted an extensive tour of far flung areas, visited far of remote villages in Kharak, Kurliyan and Moughla of Rajouri district. During the tour MLC was accompanied by local BJP leaders of the area and listened day to day problems being faced by the public and assured timely redressal. MLC felt satisfied with the working of administration under PDP-BJP Coalition Govt. for providing best facilities/services in all the sectors. MLC while interacting with the Public went door to door, emphasized on the developmental activities taken up, in the area. Campaign was also done under Karya Vistar Yojna, which is being celebrated all over the India after completion of three years. At Moughla, Gupta addressed a public gathering in which local Ex-sarpanches and Ex-panches were also present besides Mandal Pardhans and threw light on the Life style and Ideology of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhaya.
Stating that Deen Dayal Upadhyaya propagated integral humanism (antyodaya or the rise of the last man in the queue), said that Pandit Ji conceived the political philosophy Integral Humanism – the guiding philosophy of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Gupta said that he was a political philosopher, economist, sociologist, historian, journalist, and political scientist and a forerunner of the present day BJP and visualized for India a decentralised polity and self-reliant economy with the village as the base. Gupta also reiterated that Pandit Ji welcomed modern technology but wanted it to be adapted to suit Indian requirements and believed in Swaraj (“Self-governance”). Gupta said that, BJP took Integral Humanism, as its official doctrine and Contested 2014 Elections and now ruling over India, because of positive attitude.
Addressing the gathering MLC Vibodh said that he regularly conducts such tours in remote and far off villages to ensure that the genuine concerns of the people are listened too and are taken up for redressal at adequate forums. He appealed to the people to get regular updates on various developmental programmes of the state and schemes launched by the central Government, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana, National Health Mission, Shyama Prasad Mukherji Urban Mission, , Pardhan mantra Ujaval Yojna, PMAY, Soil Health Card Scheme, Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan, , Skill India, Kissan Vikas Patra (Kvp) Re-Introduced, Integrated Ganga Conservation Mission ‘Namami Gange’, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Yojana, Digital India Programme, Housing For All By 2022, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana and Atal Pension Yojna and accordingly ensure that the benefits of these reach to the last of the poor of the society. He said that Prime Minister Modi Ji, is monitoring the implementation of the theses schemes, so that last man of the area could also get benefit of these schemes.
Gupta said that, no doubt these areas remained neglected during the regime of NC-Congress Government, but the local MLA and Cabinet Minister Er. Abdul Ghani Kohli, is trying hard to get the best for the public residing in these areas. Development of Model Villages like Chingus, Khandarian, Sangpur etc of kalakote Constituency, with cost worth in crores, for providing best facilities to the Public, shall definitely uplift the area and bring it on notable map. Gupta also said that 31 no. of roads have been taken up in the current year 2017-18 under District Plan with estimated cost of 55.00 crores and 22 Nos of roads under NABARD with an estimated cost of Rs. 70.00 crores in Kalakote Constituency, besides no. of Construction projects under Rural Dev. Department, PHE, PDD, Education and Health.
While referring to the tragic incident happened in South Kashmir, in which 7 yatris, lost their life, while performing pious yatra, Gupta said that it was a tragic incident, but the civil society, the people of Kashmir, in fact the people of the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir, must be appreciated for the kind of resilience and discipline they have maintained over the last 25 years. MLC also complimented the Kashmiri people for condemning the terror attack on Amarnath pilgrims, saying it had restored the faith in the composite culture of Kashmir and vindicated everything the country and the state stand for. Gupta said that some elements are trying to divide the people on communal lines and said such brutal acts always appealed to the people to join hands with all the forces which are for peace and development of border areas. He further added that peace in the border areas is a prerequisite for development and present Government is fully committed towards this. Gupta said that people of Kashmir, have vindicated our faith in everything that India stands for, Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmir is the integral part of India and no force can ever be victorious in its nefarious designs.
