Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), State General Secretary (Org), Ashok Kaul on Saturday facilitated newly nominated members of party�s Minority Morcha in Srinagar.
Speaking on the occasion, Kaul asked the newly nominated members to gear up the activities for the betterment of common people in the Kashmir. �You have been nominated in Minority Morcha with the hope to work for the best interests of people and country,� Kaul told the newly elected members, adding, not only party, but people also have expectations from you and now it is you turn to work for them.
�You have to deliver and ensure to strengthen the cadre at grassroots level in your respective areas,� Kaul told the members.
�BJP treats all equal and there is no discrimination on creed, caste, color and religion basis in the party,� Mohammad Sidiq Khan, Minority Morcha State President said.
He said the focus should be on the collective development of society rather than concentrating on particular section of community. �Holistic development is possible only when all sections of society are treated equally,� he said, adding, Minority Morcha�s mission is to treat all equal and provide equal opportunities to all.
