Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), State Spokesperson, Khalid Jahangir visited Ganderbal to access the ground level situation of people on the spot and forward the genuine grievances’ to the concerned officials to address them.
Khalid trekked two-miles to reach to the common people in the area, where he met different villagers- listen their issues and address them.
A delegation under the banner of Rangil Welfare Committee, Ganderbal met Khalid and appraises him about their grievances’ “Electric wires, poles and roads are in dilapidated condition, we appeal government to issue the same,” Khalid was told by the Rangil Welfare Committee.
Khalid took the stock of the situation and assured them that BJP was committed to address them.
The delegation also demanded that a play field for the youth be developed on the SKUAST land in the area.
Khalid was accompanied by Bashir Ahmad, District Ganderbal; Pir Farooq, District General Secretary; Mohammad Altaf, Media Secretary; Abid Hussain, Constituency President Ganderbal and others.
