An innovative programme on Digital Financial Inclusion “Go Cashless Go Digital” under Pradhan Mantri Digital Yojana was organised in Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar by Rekha Chouhan, President Mahila Morcha Gandhi Nagar Mandal, under the leadership of Baldev Singh Billowria BJP District President.
Baldev Singh Billawria made the participants aware about the various modes of digital payments and the benefits of being cashless.
Rekha Mahajan, Distt President Mahila Morcha, delivered her views to promote cashless transactions.
Rekha Chouhan, President Mahila Morcha Gandhi Nagar Mandal, said that the Prime Minister Modi has always emphasized for the empowerment of women and said that every person will do at least five digital transactions as told by our PM.
Prerna Nanda, General Secretary Mahila Morcha Gandhi Nagar Mandal welcomed the dignitaries and introduced them to the participants.
Vikas Sharma, Incharge of cashless economy programs, spoke in details about the advantages of cashless economy and asked participants to make others also enable about the usage of different modes of cashless payments like UPI, USSD, e-Wallet and Cards etc. He also talked about the other incentives like Lucky Grahak Yojana, discounts etc for using cashless transactions. He also told students about newly launched Bhim App where one will require only his or her thumb to pay and now the thumb will be one’s bank.
Anjali Sharma, CSC Centre explained the usage of UPI, USSD, e-Wallet in detail so that everyone can make use of these modes of payment frequently.
