Munish Sharma assumed the Office as Vice-Chairman, J&K Cooperative Supply & Marketing Federation Ltd. (JAKFED) in presence of Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Sham Choudhary, Minister for Transport Sunil Sharma, MLCs Ashok Khajuria and Ramesh Arora, Surinder Ambardar, Pahari Advisory Board Kuldeep Raj Gupta, SSWB Chairperson Dr. Nirmal Kamal, MLAs Krishan Lal, Rajesh Gupta and Shakti Parihar and Coordinator Minority Commission J&K Sakina Bano.
Munish Sharma received a rousing reception at JAKFED head office from the Management and staff of JAKFED in a function organized by them. While welcoming the Vice-Chairman, the Managing Director Er. Bilal Ahmed Bhat (KAS) thanked the government to entrust the responsibility of the Apex Level Cooperative Institution to a young, energetic and dedicated person and apprised him about the various business activities and achievements of JAKFED during the last three years.
Later in an introductory meeting with functionaries of the JADFED the Vice-Chairman has assured that he will try his best to contribute for the revival / development and welfare of the institution which is an Apex Level Cooperative Institution of J&K State with the support of all functionaries. Munish Sharma also called for making the Institution more viable and result oriented. He has also ask the concerned to redouble their effort any try to earn more profits. The institution will certainly touch the new heights of the sky and if needed will take up the matter with the State government as well with the Central government.
