Big Blow to Congress, NC
Several Congress leaders from Chatroo and Mugalmadain area of Inderwal Kishtwar today deserted the Congress party and shifted its loyalty towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and joined the BJP party.
All the joining took place under the leadership of State General Secretary BJP Tariq Hussain Keen who welcome the newly joined people into party fold.
While speaking on this occasion Tariq Hussain Keen said that people of Inderwal had showed great support towards the BJP added that Congress party is losing the ground in the constituency due to poor people and selective policy.
He said that under present leadership of Congress party, only selective people are getting benefits of the various government run schemes while majority of the people were left high and dry.
Asserting that Bharatiya Janata Party stands guarantee to fulfill all the problems faced by the public of the Inderwal area, he gave a patient hearing to the problems and grievances of the public.
Keen assured them about his endeavors to resolve all the problems of the people in the area. He urged the party workers to fan out in their respective areas, identify the problems of the people and seek their redress at appropriate forums. While speaking he said that their joining of BJP is a home coming for them and said that like a true soldiers of the party they will put all their energies for the betterment of the party. They also pledged to carry forward the mission of BJP party forward as foot soldiers of the party, saying BJP is the only political party which has always espoused the cause of people.
