Hum Log Samiti, a Jammu based registered Non –Governmental Organisation (NGO), has came forward to recognise the working of Jammu and Kashmir Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes & Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, Vice Chairperson, Balbir Ram Rattan, for doing fantastic job after assuming the chair.
The NGO Chairman, Ashok Sehgal, handed over a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of his organisation to the Vice Chairperson in his official Chamber at Jammu on Friday in presence of Corporation Divisional Manager Gulam Qadir Khatana and District Manager Joginder Paul Atri.
The letter mentioned that the Director of the NGO is himself witness to the changes seen in the functioning of the said Corporation and the people-friendly approach of the officials dealing with the public at different levels. It further said that the manner, in which the Vice Chairperson is working, has started inducing trust of the poor and needy towards the Corporation.
The Letter of Appreciation expressed appreciation to the dedication of the Vice Chairperson towards work and concern for the needy and hoped that Balbir Ram Rattan will continue to work with the same zeal and commitment in the future as well. It also wished the Vice Chairperson every success in his mission of serving the poor and weaker sections.
