Sh. Sat Sharma prompts public to contribute in “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, “Swacchta Abhiyaan”
Keeping up the pace for the development of Jammu West Constituency, BJP State President & Local MLA from the Assembly Constituency, Sat Sharma inaugurated newly built lanes of Rajpura locality, Ward No. 33. BJP State Treasurer Chander Mohan Gupta, District President Ayodhya Aupta and other senior leaders along with the august gathering of prominent persons from the locality were also present during the inauguration.
While inaugurating the reconstructed lanes, Sat Sharma reaffirmed his commitment towards the development and progress of the community on the modern lines keeping all the factors like sanitation, approachability and other factors in mind. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President Amit shah has started a mission to take India on the top of the world in terms of technology, literacy, infrastructure and more importantly simplified approach to every single public concern facility.
Sh. Sat Sharma said that informed public has the greatest plus in availing every benefit and women education will be an important tool for this and that’s why PM Modi has put so much emphasis on “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” and prompted the common mass to contribute in the same. he also sought help of the local residents to keep their surroundings clean and green, while also contributing to the cause of “Swacchta Abhiyaan”.
Sh. Sat Sharma also inaugurated Bhandara on the auspicious occasion of Maha ShivRatri and wished all that the blessings of Bhole Baba be showered upon all and this MahaParv brings the best of health and good fortune for all.
While giving the details of the present work, Sat Sharma said that these lanes are constructed with the total cost of around 10.77 Lakh rupees. Agency employed in the present work is Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) which completed the work within a set time frame to the utmost satisfaction of the local residents.
Local residents also thanked the MLA for his constant effort to mitigate the sufferings of masses and claimed that such pace of development works was not witnessed in the area for decades.
Bawa Sharma, Karan Sharma, Manish Khajuria, Ashok Sharma, Ram Prashad, Mohit Vaid, Master SOm Dutt, Parshottam Shastri, Jagdev Singh and others were among the prominent persons also accompanied the MLA during the inauguration.
