Bharatiya Janata Party OBC Morcha State President Murari Lal Balgotra, in consultations with BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A) and BJP Jammu West District President Ayodhya Gupta, has nominated Vijay Chandel as OBC Morcha Jammu West District President.
Vijay Chandel, a retired Inspector from Jammu Municipal Corporation, has been a very active social activist and had been working towards the mitigating the problems being faced by the members of his community and earned a highly respectable position among the OBCs.
Murari Lal, while congratulating the new nominee for the post the District President, said that Vijay Chandel’s vast experience in social life prove to be a boon for OBC Morcha of the BJP. He expressed hope that Vijay Chandel will work whole heartedly to take the programmes and policies of the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre and the BJP coalition government in the state.
