Dr. Gagan Bhagat MLA RS Pura & Political Advisor to State B.J.P President ,Director Urban Local Bodies Jammu Soujanya Sharma, inaugurated “Ultra Deluxe Toilet Complex” near Revenue office at R.S Pura ,which was a long pending demand of the people who visited in the S.D.M and Tehsildaar office from the far flung and border area of R.S Pura Constituency. While addressing the gathering in a programme organized by the World Sanitation and Environment ,an N.G.O after inaugurating the toilet complex at the local Gandhi park in R.S Pura Dr.Gagan said that an amount of Rs. Fourteen lacs has been spent in the construction of this toilet complex and the need of the hour is the developmental works for the common people of R.S Pura which the previous government had done only on the papers, congratulating the people of R.S Pura on the occasion of “Makar-Sankranti” he added that the union government has been working overnight and is very much concerned about Jammu & Kashmir, and we must all should avail the benefits under then centrally sponsored schemes and thanked the P.M regarding the “Crop insurance scheme” which will directly benefit the farmers who are on the receiving end whenever there is any natural calamity, and now a farmer can have an insurance cover for his whole crop with a minimum and affordable premium.Giving details of the developmental works Dr.Gagan bhagat said that the Blacktopping in the Municipal wards of R.S Pura has been completed and an history is created by performing the work on roads on highest ever standards, and the kind courtesy the coalition government of Jammu & Kashmir.All in total every ward has been covered by the department regarding the Lane and Drains and under the R.A.P.D.R.P the wards will have small capacity transformers, replacement of bad and damaged conductors which will be started very soon to improve the power scenario in the R.S Pura town,and four ration shops are being set up in the town to give the people better services under the N.F.S.A , and the Indoor Stadium will be inaugurated at the P.V.C Bana Singh Stadium at R.S Pura which will help the youths to nurture their talent. While elaborating the “Koushal Bharat-Kushal Bharat” initiative Dr.Gagan said that in the next month there will a centre for skill development at R.S Pura, and youths will be taught to earn their livelihood through their talent, and the park where the programme was being organized will be soon renovated and an amount of Rupees ten lakhs has been sanctioned by the concerned department for installing amusement facilities for the kids, and more Modern toilet complexes will be developed for the convenience of the people.While briefing the media Director Urban Local bodies Soujanya Sharma said that Dr.Gagan Bhagat has been constantly in touch with him since last few months and they have prepared a detailed developmental plan for the R.S Pura , and the people will now feel that the works which are being conducted at this time are the works of the highest standards and special priority has been given to the deprived class.
