Dr. Gagan assures justice to students  of  private polytechnic college

M.L.A R.S.Pura Dr. Gagan Bhagat met hundreds of students along with their parents from Kissan Institution of Technology (K.I.T) , a private institute situated near Tehsil office R.S.Pura , they were gathered in protest against the order of Director Technical Education Jammu regarding the de-recognization of KIT Institute, which has been de-recognized few days ago, by the Directorate of Technical Education. While addressing the protesting students Dr. Gagan Bhagat said that he was not aware of the circumstances under which the department of technical education has de-recognized the said institute, and as the students belonged to very poor families and from far flung areas of the State he assured them that justice will be done neither the government nor the management of the KIT will be allowed to play with the future of the students, he expressed full solidarity with them. He added that the P.M Sh.Narendra Modi has been advocating employment through talent and these polytechnic institute can play a vital role especially in the rural areas like R.S Pura .The various schemes especially for the rural youths these type of private institutes have very important role and inspite of de-recoznization of the said institute the department of technical education must have rectified the shortcomings , so that the children from far flung areas are not forced to protest like this, and there is no fault of the students whose carrier is at stake , he maintained. Dr.Gagan Bhagat  further called MoS for Technical Education who also assured that she will enquire the whole episode and will seek fresh report from the Director Technical Education Jammu Shabnam Shah Kamili., the Minister also assured that the students future will be safe , and best possible solution to the present situation will be taken out. The agitating students along with their parents thanked Dr. Gagan Bhagat for taking immediate action on the issue and coming in rescue for the students who were left with no option by the Private ITI College management and Directorate of Technical Education Jammu, they later on raised slogans in favour of  Dr.Gagan Bhagat Prominent among those who were present included S.D.P.O R.S.Pura Surinder Choudhary, Tehsildar R.S.Pura Sohan Kumar, E.O R.S Pura Jodhraj ,S.H.O R.S.Pura Bhushan Manhas, B.J.P Mandal Pradhan Natha Ram, B.J.P City President Inder Sudan, Omparkash Chachu, Rajesh Kumar, Gurdeep Saini and several other prominent persons.
