 Dy CM Dr Nirmal Singh pays tributes, says contribution of late Kushok Bakula is exemplary.
 He said special focus has been given to develop Leh and Kargil towns.
 Asked officers to ensure requisite supply of electric power supply to Ladakh region.
 Dr Nirmal Singh also conveyed a special message from the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to the people of the Ladakh.
