Vidodh Condemns Attack on Budha Amarnath Ji Yatra
Expressing his anguish on the attack on the innocent yatris of Budha Amarnath Ji yatra, BJP senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta today strongly condemned the yesterday’s attack on the yatris. While addressing the media persons in Rajouri, Vibodh said that this is a very unfortunate incident and these designs of the enemy will be defeated by the brave and patriotic people of Pir Panajl region. He said that by such type of cowardly acts the enemy wants to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the region. He also questioned the lapses in the security of the yatris and demanded a through probe into the incident which led to such a tragic incident. Vibodh further added that the people involved in such a incident must be immediately arrested and no one should be spared for such type of acts. Referring to the recent cease fire violations, Vibodh said that the involvement of forces from across the border should also be probed. He said that currently there is huge chaos in POK and this is the main reason that forces from across the border are trying to divert the attention of International community from their misgovernence and atrocities in POK. He also highlighted the facts that in POK the people who raise their voice against misgovernece are being brutally killed everyday. The need of the hour is that the people of Jammu & Kashmir must understand the nefarious designs of the enemy and should stand united so that recent developmental initiatives taken by the Government can be taken towards a logical conclusion. He called upon everyone specially the local youth of Rajouri and Poonch to remain calm and have faith in our security agencies who are capable to deal with such situations. On behalf of the people of Rajouri and Poonch Vibodh expressed his sorrow with those yatris who were injured in yesterday’s incident. He assured his full support to the yarties and hoped that such acts will never be able to disturb the yatra and yatra will remain continue with same zeal and excitement.
