BJP District President Jammu Baldev Singh Billawaria organized a meeting at Pt. Prem nath Dogra Bhawan Kachi Chawni Jammu to pay tributes to the martyrs who laid down their lives under snow in Kashmir and died while performing their duties.Baldev Singh Billawaria and others along with his team offered floral tributes to martyrs and observed two minutes silence for peace of the souls of departed Jawans.
Billawaria expressed regrets over the tragedy that has struck in Kashmir. He said that when all of us were celebrating our Republic Day only a day before, our Jawans were laying their lives under the debris of snow. He eulogized the efforts of the Jawans who leave no stone unturned in defending the motherland against the onslaught of enemy’s overtures. He with moist eyes spoke very high of velour’s of our Jawans who die only for our cause so that we can live happily.
Billawaria thanked his entire team who gathered in BJP office under very short notice to pay tributes to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives. He also prayed for peace of departed souls of brave Jawans and for giving sufficient strength to their families to bear the irreparable loss of their dear ones. He said that BJP is the only party who is doing a lot for our Armed Forces. After Kargil war, it was our great Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpee who announced a series of facilities for our Jawans and Martyrs.
Rajni Sethi Parbhari District Jammu said that she is proud of our Jawans who day in and day out perform their duties in add weather round the clock. She said that she is saddened over it and prayed for peace of departed souls. Anil masoom, Purshotam Sharma, Sunil Sharma also spoke on the occasion and offered floral tributes to Mratyrs.
