The Jammu and Kashmir BJP has condoled the sad demise of its veteran leader, the founder member of the party, Ex- MLA & former Pracharak Thakur Sehdev Singh Bhau, who left for his heavenly abode yesterday.
BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma CA, while expressing grief over the demise of Ex MLA, said that Thakur Sehdev Singh Bhau was one of the tallest leaders of the party, who devoted his entire life for the service of the people and worked for strengthening nationalist forces in the state. This great leader was the first elected member of State Assembly from Akhnoor while serving Praja Parishad and always raised voice against the discrimination with Jammu.
“In the demise of Thakur Sehdev Singh Bhau, the state has lost a great leader who never compromised on principles and ideology, became the voice of the masses and his death has caused an irreparable loss”, Sat Sharma said and added that the party stands with the bereaved family. He prayed Almighty God to give strength to the family to bear the loss.
His demise was also condoled by Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh, Members of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma & Shamsher Singh Manhas, party state office bearers, senior leaders, MLAs, MLCs, morcha presidents and Cell conveners.
