BJP denounce Jadav’s military trial: Prof Virender

State BJP Spokesperson Prof. Virender Gupta lambasted the Pakistan Government for its decision of executing Kulbhushan Jadav, who is an innocent kidnapped Indian. He denounced the military trial of Mr. Jadhav on false charges of being involved in spying as RAW agent and added that he had gone to Iran in connection with his business, from where he was kidnapped by Pakistan Intelligence and prosecuted in army court on fabricated charges. As per the report by BJP senior leader, he is son in law of Narinder Singh Bali, who was an Air Force Officer and resident of Baramulla.
Prof. Virender appreciated the stand taken by the Foreign Minister of India Sushma Swaraj and the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in and outside the Parliament that India would go out of the way to ensure justice for Jadhav and ensure his safe return to the country. He also hailed the deep concern of members of both the Houses of Parliament on the issue, who were unanimous in condemnation of Pak government’s action and pressed the Indian government to raise the issue with Pakistan and also in the International fora to ensure justice to Kulbhushan Jadhav and his honourable return to the country.
Prof. Gupta questioned the silence on part of the so-called Human Right activists and intellectuals, both in Pakistan and India and said that they stand exposed in the present episode.
