BJP State President & MLA Jugal Kishore Sharma, alongwith other senior leaders, addressed a massive public gathering at Sunderbani and lambasted the state’s NC-Congress coalition for discriminating with the area.
This public rally, which was organized by Mandal Presidents Jarnail Singh and Baba Parshottam, witnessed the gathering of a large number of people from all sections of the society. There was enthusiasm among the public and slogans of “BJP Zindabad” and Narendra Modi Zindabad” were raised by public.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, in his address, said that the people of Sunderbani, Nowshera, Kalakot and adjoining areas are fortunate enough that state’s Deputy Chief Minister, Member of Parliament and a Cabinet Minister belong to their area but same people are most unfortunate that their areas and concerns have been continuously ignored in all matters and at all levels. It can be understood that NC has Kashmir as its core constituency but the Congress leaders who are in Parliament and in state assembly, have not deemed it their duty to fight for the development and welfare of the deprived sections and areas.
Sharma said that the people of Jammu province had returned maximum leaders of Congress to the state assembly in 2008 as they were assured of bringing revolution and the innocent people got misled by Congress and thus committed blunders by voting in favour of symbol of hand. The same people have themselves realized their mistakes and are now looking forward to the forthcoming elections of Lok Sabha to be followed by assembly elections, to teach Congress a lesson as has been done in four states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.
Jugal Kishore Sharma appealed the people to get united to show Congress the door and bring in BJP at the Centre as well as in the state so that their days of miseries, discrimination are over and their voice is heard as our party stands for development and welfare of masses.
BJP leaders including Vishwinder Dev Sharma, Daljit Singh, Baba Parshottam, Karnail Singh and a number of Sarpanches and Panches also addressed the public rally.
