Bharatiya Janta Party R.S Pura Mandal continuing its “Jan Vishvaas Yatra” ,on Sunday organized a series of programs at Village Kothey Salehar ,Chohala and Village Tanda.M.L.A R.S Pura & Political Advisor to the State B.J.P President Dr.Gagan Bhagat was specially present in the program. At Village Tanda one dozen prominent Peoples Democratic Party (P.D.P) workers resigned from the party and joined B.J.P in presence of Dr. Gagan Bhagat.
While addressing the gathering former P.D.P worker Mohammad Sadiq who resigned from the primary membership of the Peoples Democratic Party and joined Bhartiya Janta Party said that he was impressed with the P.M Narender Modi and and the ideology of the Bharatiya Janta Party, which is completely different from other political groups in our country. The Kashmir based political parties are not interested in Jammu Province, and the only party which cares for all the three regions of Jammu & Kashmir is B.J.P, and impressed by the policies, ideology and working methodology of Bhartiya Janta Party he has decided to join the party under the leadership of M.L.A Dr.Gagan Bhagat said Shabbir Ahmed of village Tanda.While continuing the momentum of the developmental works in the R.S Pura Constituency Dr.Gagan Bhagat on Sunday inaugurated lane & drain at Village Kothey Salehar which was completed at an estimated cost of 6 Lakh ,it was a long pending demand of the local inhabitants, and they were suffering from the past several years. Addressing a large gathering after the inauguration of the developmental works at Village Kothey Salehar, Dr.Gagan Bhagat announced that soon he will fulfill his promise regarding the Model Village, and a proposal of “Cluster MODEL Villages under B.A.D.P” has been prepared to the Union govt. for further action.Dr.Gagan Bhagat also announced a “Cutting & Tailoring” centre at the village, under the S.C.A to S.C.S.P Scheme and will start functioning within two weeks, and the young girls of the village will be benefitted from the said Centre. After the program Dr.Gagan Bhagat met the villagers and discussed their problems and assured them speedy redressal.The villagers also demanded one 100 KVA Sub-Station for the Village , Dr.Gagan assured them that he has already got that sanctioned and the 100 KVA Sub-Station will be soon in place before the summers. He apprised the people that there was no constraint of funds for completing the ongoing projects in a time bound manner. He also informed that a comprehensive plan has been formulated for up-gradation and expansion of basic facilities to provide all infrastructural facilities to the people of R.S Pura constituency. He sought cooperation of the people in implementing the development program on ground level. He also assured the villagers that the quality of work will not be compromised and special care will be taken in the execution of developmental works. He added that in the pursuit of making the constituency a model, upgrading the roads and power infrastructure shall remain his priority. He also directed the party workers to reach to every booth of R.S Pura Constituency and make aware the achievements of the Union Govt. at the New Delhi.
Later on a deputation of Bharatiya Janta Party Mahila Morcha also met Dr.Gagan Bhagat and apprised him about some genuine problems faced by the females of the area, on which he assured to deal with them on priority basis, and he further added that the Bhartiya Janta Party will surely deal with the difficulties of the women and soon there will “One day Convention”of the top female leaders of the party in the R.S Pura Constituency.The prominent persons who were present on the occasion included Sr.B.J.P Leader Sardar S.S Bijral,Mandal Pradhan R.S Pura Natharam, Inder Sudan, Charanjeet,Ashok Salaria,Partap Kumar Hardev Singh, ,S.Gurdeep Singh Saini, ,Rajesh Babbu,and Pawan Sharma.
