MLA RS Pura and Political Advisor to State BJP President Dr. Gagan Bhagat on Tuesday kick-started black-topping work in Chak Tair ,a function was organized at village Chak Tair, after the function Dr.Gagan Bhagat started the blacktopping from Chak Tair to Rthana Morh , R.S Pura.The Black Topping work of the said road was the longest pending demand of the locals , the locals thanked the Legislator for keeping his poll promises ,the total length of the blacktopping of road stretch is about 10 Kilometers from Rathana Morh, Salehar to Chak Tair Village .The locals and the prominent persons thanked Dr.Gagan for his efforts , as the said developmental work has been ignored for the last several years, the issue was raised by the local residents of the Village Chak Tair few months ago with Dr.Gagan, when he was on Election campaign, and assured that he will complete this work ,and now the work has been started within few months, this positive change is worth appreciating said Sarpanch Rampaul Sharma. While addressing the gathering Dr.Gagan said that the Union Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi is committed to provide all basic amenities to the people especially to the people of the rural area including drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, health services, drainage system and education, and the Union government has been providing liberal funding which is separate from the Rs. 80,000 Crores Special P.M Package to the State for accelerating developmental and economic activities adding that Jammu & Kashmir is being developed in all respects to showcase it as a major attraction for the tourists visiting the state. He apprised the people that there was no constraint of funds for completing the ongoing projects in a time bound manner. He also informed that a comprehensive plan has been formulated for up-gradation and expansion of health facilities to provide all infrastructural facilities to the people of Salehar,Chak Jagtu and Rathan Panchyats. He sought cooperation of the people in implementing the development program on ground level. Later on the Mahila Mandal of the Village Chak Tair apprised the Legislator about their demands and grievances and sought immediate redressal. Responding to demands and problems of the Mahila Mandal , Dr.Bhagat assured them that all their issues would be addressed in a phased manner, and the issue on the top priority which was the construction of a Community Hall at Village Chak Tair, he assured that he will release funds for the construction of Community hall, so that the poor people have not to spent thousands of rupees in the Banquet Halls for performing Religious and Social functions. He also assured the gathering that during the execution of works special emphasis will be laid on the quality of the work. He added that in the pursuit of making the constituency a model, upgrading the roads shall remain his priority, and secondly the issue of Power Infrastructure will be taken up, and the important villages will have upgraded Power Sub-Stations, and replacement of wires and damaged poles under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Jyoti Yojna will be soon taken up. Later on Dr.Gagan Bhagat also paid surprise visit to the P.H.C Salehar, and asked the staff present there about the functioning of the P.H.C, the Incharge of the P.H.C informed dr.Gagan Bhagat that the P.H.C is short of a dental chair and the patients are facing very hardships due to that Dr.Gagan assured that soon the Dental Chair will be made available in the P.H.C Salehar.The prominent persons who accompanied the Legislator included X.E.N(P.W.D) Mohd. Abdullah,A.E.E(PWD) Manoj Kohli ,J.E(P.W.D) S.H.O Arnia, Satish Kumar,BJP Mandal Pradhan Natharam, Inder Sudan, Charanjeet,Gurdeep Saini,Amar Singh Charak,Rajinder Kaala,Nikka Fouji ,Sarpanch Rampaul and Panch Jagdish,Numberdaar, Ex-Sarpanch Ajeet Raj Nanku, and Raju Fouji .
