Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Kumar Singh today said that sports are most powerful tool to develop positive approach among youth and advised the parents to empower their children by allowing them to make choices for their future. “We have to encourage our young generation and there’s no greater way to do that than through the power of sports. Deputy Chief Minister was speaking after declaring open the National Karate event ‘Mamoru Miwa Cup 2016’ being organized by J&K Karate do Association at J K Public School Kunjwani. Deputy Commissioner Jammu Simrandeep Singh and Director Urban & Local Bodies Jammu, Saujanya Sharma were also present on the occasion.
