Government and Civil Society Standing Behind Border Migrants : Vibodh

Calls Upon Youth to Make All Effort to Help Border People

 

BJP Senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta accompanied by leaders of local Panchayats today visited various border villages and listened to the sufferings of the border people. This visit was made in the wake of regular cease fire violations by the Pakistan rangers. As a result of this the border people are suffering a lot. In many areas local people informed the MLC that as a result of this their livestock and crops are in grave danger. In many areas as a result of unprovoked firing by the enemy the people have expressed serious concern over losing their livelihood. Addressing the gathering of local people at village Doongi, Vibodh said that he is inspired to see the high morale of border people in such a tough and tense atmosphere. Besides loosing many of their belongings the border people are standing behind the Indian Army and the locals want that our soldiers must give a befitting reply to Pakistan after every ceasefire violation. The border people are also very happy with the way in which Indian Army is responding to every provocation by Pakistan rangers. He said that the leaders of Pakistan must learn from the attacks by militants on their own people. While referring to the recent militant attack on the Police Academy at Quetta, Vibodh said that now is the high time for Pakistan to understand the fact that if you dig graves for other then you are bound to fell into the same first. Pakistan needs to behave like a responsible neighbor must stop helping the enemies of peace and humanity.

During his address MLC Vibodh called upon the civil society specially the youth to come out and help the border people in whatever way they can. In every hour of need border people have shown exemplary courage like any patriotic citizen of the country and nation will always remain grateful to this for this great service. During this trip many local people also shared their personal grievances with the MLC and he assured them for all help to address those on priority. Local Panchayat members thanked MLC Vibodh for his regular visits to their areas and for listening to their grievances.
