These schemes are the result of the futuristic vision of our Hon’ble PM Sh. Narinder Modi as well as our Hon’ble CM Ms. Mehbooba Mufti. In the absence of such visionary leaders such schemes could not have otherwise imagined or visualized in a developing country like India for several more decades to come.
