Sunil Kumar Sharma, Minister of State for Transport (Independent Charge) Public Works (R&B) Revenue, RDD, Panchayati Raj Agricultural Production and YSS today inaugurated ARTO office at New DC office complex Kishtwar. On the occasion, Minister stressed that one should not face any inconvenience in getting their grievances addressed in the office. He directed the officers to curb the menace of corruption and appealed public to install High Security Registration Plates (HSRP). “There should not be any agent system in the office. People should come personally to ARTO office Kishtwar to get their work done”, he stressed. The Minister said providing corruption free administration and better services in a hassle free manner forms the top priority of the present Government. He also said that there will be zero tolerance for corruption and urged the people to bring to his notice any official of the department found indulging in any malpractice. The State and Central Governments are fully aware of the problems of the people and all out efforts are being made to mitigate the same on priority, he added. He said that the Government is keen to reach out to the people in every area to address their grievances.
