People anticipating reforms in state budget.
Addressing party functionaries on Budget pe Charcha program at Sunderbani Party office Sh. Vikram Malhotra Spokesperson BJP said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have very high expectations from the Chief Minister Umar Abdullah and are expecting a budget in line with the promises made by the National Confrence in it’s election manifesto .Sh. Vikram Malhotra added that the recent statements made by the Chief Minister have been discouraging for the masses as he seems to express his inability to provide relief to the common man by citing his helplessness in wake of Jammu and Kashmir being an UT while he very well knew the realities before contesting the elections.
Explaining the budget in details Sh. Vikram Malhotra Highlighted the key achievements of the Union Budget and termed it as futuristic and holistic . The major tax relief of increasing the limit for non taxable income to 12 lakhs will provide a lot of disposable income to the middle class which will speed up the economic growth. The increase in Kisan Credit Card limit from 3 to 5 lakhs will boost agricultural production . Like wise MSME sector also has been given a major flip.
