Listens public grievances in Sialsui, Panj-Nara
Member Legislative Council Vibodh Gupta today assured overall development of Kalakote assembly segment and said that bringing religiously important Panj-Nara on tourism map is government’s priority.
MLC Vibodh Gupta who was on a tour to Sialsui, Panj-Nara villages of Kalakote tehsil held series of public meetings in the area.
During these meetings villagers highlighted their issues and problems with a main demand of bringing Panj-Nara on the map of national tourism. Locals informed that temple and other structures located in Panj-Nara are associated with Hindu religion and five Pandav brothers spent a considerable time of their life here.
While addressing the meetings, MLC Vibodh Gupta said that bringing Panj-Nara on tourism map is one of the top priority of state government.
” I assure you that needed efforts of brining this spot on tourism map will be taken and soon your demand will be addressed ” Gupta told them.
He further said that overall development of Kalakote is one of the main concern of present government as this area remained deprived of good governance in past years.
” Local MLA and Minister,Abdul Ghani Kohli is already working hard for overall development of this area and I will also put in my efforts ” MLC told them.
He also made aware the local people about several government schemes like PMUY. Ujala scheme and asked them to take benefit of these.
Other party workers and leaders who were present and spoke include Sunil Kumar, Rakesh Sharma, Parvinder Kumar, Mohd Rashid, Parlad Singh, Pardeep Sharma and Rajat Kumar.
