The work for construction of drain and fixing of tiles in Tirath Nagar locality of W.No. 40 in Talab Tillo was started by BJP State Secretary Sanjay Baru and Jammu West District President Ayodhya Gupta in presence of a large number of local residents.
Sanjay Baru, while speaking on the occasion, said that the local MLA has sanctioned rupees 3.5 lakh from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the said work as he has time and again assured that every ward of Jammu West Assembly Constituency should get equal share in matters related to the developmental activities. He said that many works have been started in the entire belt of Talab Tillo and the long pending demands of the people are getting fulfilled.
Ayodhya Gupta said that during the last over one and half year, there has been focus on accelerating the ongoing works and start new ones for the convenience of the people. He said that the local MLA has clearly told the departments like PHE, PDD, JMC, UEED and ERA that whatever work is being started by their respective department in Jammu West assembly constituency, there should be no compromise on quality and the work be completed in time.
BJP leaders including Raj Kumar, Parveen Ghai, Nittu ji and others were present on the occasion.
