BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A), as Chief Guest, inaugurated one day exhibition of Basohli Paintings organized by Indian Art Centre in the premises of Government Women College, Gandhi Nagar.
Guests of Honour were Dr. Kiran Bakshi and Sh. Ajay Pargal Member Rogi Kalya Samitti, Gandhi Nagar and Senior Leader BJP , Special Guests were Rekha Mahajan, District President, BJP Mahilla Morcha and Ishant Gupta, State Secretary BJYM. The organizers of exhibition were Poonam Bhalgotra Chief Organizer, M.K. Wadhera Organizer artist, Ritu Wadhera, Ajay Kumar, Mridual, Savita Jena, Archanan Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated M.K. Wadhera for his very good initiative to promote and teach students about Basohli Art. He added that these types of talent should be promoted on higher scales. Sat Sharma interacted with the students and also went around the stalls of these paintings made by the artists. He appreciated all the paintings and also distributes gifts among the students.
M.K. Wadhera said that he used to teach all the students about how to make paintings. He added that Ch. Lal Singh is the Chief Patron of Indian Art Centre. He also thanked Principal of College for providing space for the exhibition.
Ajay Pargal also interacted with students and congratulated them about their talents.

The students who win the prize were Jaideep Singh Doon International School, Striti Bhougal RM Public, Nandini Gill MNK Public, & Sneha Sharma Presentation Convent.
