In a next step to provide best infrastructural to masses of Jammu city, State President BJP and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) inaugurated the newly constructed, renovated and repaired portion of Bhagwati Nagar 4th Bridge by flagging off the vehicles from the bridge. On the occasion, Sharma was also accompanied by JKPCC (Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation), Sharma inaugurated the portion and termed its opening as a next step of providing top level infrastructure to the masses of Jammu. GM JKPCC Khwaja also accompanied the BJP President during the program.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma thanked Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for intervening in the matter and also directing the officials for speeding up the works of the bridge construction so that no type of discomfort is caused to the masses.
Terming it as a developmental progress in the political history of Jammu and Kashmir, Sharma said that deadline of 13th September was set to complete the works of one portion of the bridge but the works were paced up in order to overcome the traffic problem of the City.
He stated that present government is committed to provide best infrastructure to the public of Jammu and Kashmir and developmental agenda of the coalition government is running in all three regions of the States.
District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, Mandal President Jeet Angral, RK Gupta, Asha Devi and many other local residents of the area were also present during the occasion.
