Jammu East MLA and party chief whip Rajesh Gupta started the work of slab laying at Kashyap Rajput Sabha in Peer Kho Ward No.3.The estimated cost of the work is rupees eleven lakhs.
MLA Rajesh Gupta was accompanied by JMC officials AEE Gurcharan Singh and JE R.K.Koul.The BJP leaders who accompanied the MLA included Distt.General Secretary & incharge Jammu East Vinay Gupta,Subhash Gupta, Prof Shyam,P.C.Gupta, Gokul Koul, Rajinder Gupta, Rajesh Nischal, Kuldeep Sharma, Amit Khanna, Sushant,Dhanswaroop and Parjwal Mahajan.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion lauded the role of Kashyap Rajput Sabha in the spread of real cultural values and traditions amongst the people of Jammu.He said that the Sabha has always been at the forefront in organising socio cultural programmes and spreading the message of peace and goodwill. Rajesh Gupta assured the Sabha of all possible help in the future.
Vinay Gupta Distt general secretary said that the BJP is going to the grass root levels to look into the problems of the people of the Jammu East constituency and in the days to come we are going to intensify our efforts.
