VIBODH ADDRESSED “VIKAS PARV” AT DOONGI
To carry forward the celebrations of “VIKAS PARV” (Developmental Festival), Advocate Vibodh Gupta, Member Legislative Council, today reached to Doongi Block of District Rajouri with an aim to make people aware regarding the prestigious schemes launched by the Prime Minister of India Narinder Modi on the successful completion of two years of BJP government at the centre. Gupta was welcomed by a large public of the area with the party slogans and drum beating. Gupta while addressing in an impressive function organized to celebrate the “Vikas Parv” and to acknowledge the initiatives of the BJP-led government said that nation has witnessed massive development and record number of welfare schemes stood launched by the BJP led NDA government under the stewardship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Gupta asked the people, that its public’s continuous support, which leads the nation from developing country to a developed country. He said the country achieved name and fame in the last two years around the Globe, that is just because of Policies of Modi Government. One of the biggest success made is setting up of “scam free” government. He said, “just look at central level, this govt. has lived up to its commitment of No corruption. To overcome the corruption in the prevailing system, Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT mechanism of transferring subsidies directly to the people through their bank accounts has been adopted, which shall definitely reduce leakages, & delays and shall are also being adopted in the state.
Gupta stated that Release of Rs. 80000/ crores package for J&K state, can only be a dream of people, but Narinader Bhai Modi made it true. Many roads have been taken up as National Highways including Rajouir-Poonch road and Mughal road, which shall raise the economy of the district to many folds and business for the downtrodden people shall also be generated. Many Tourist destinations have been selected for their development and megs projects are being launched for the welfare of people. Gupta reiterated that our Prime Minister along with the State leadership wants to bring the J&K on International Tourist Map. He said that during the last meeting with Comm. Secretary Tourism, he highlighted various destinations of Rajouri District which need to be developed to make the district a Tourist hub.
To empower the women all over the India, “LADLI BETI” AND BETI PADHAO, BETI BACHAO schemes have been launched which shall benefit to common masses and those who used to take daughters as burden shall happily provide all the facilities to their daughters for their overall grooming.
Kamal Bakshi Vice-President District Unit BJP patted the Gupta for his tireless efforts being done in the development of District Rajouri. He said that Gupta is very keen to develop Rajouri a Model Town. Later Gupta listened grievances of the public and assured them early redressal and asked the people to take the full benefits of the schemes.
