BJP State General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Kaul, alongwith State General Secretary Pawan Khajuria and District President Manjit Razdan, chaired a meeting of BJP activists from booths to district level at Bhaderwah, wherein discussions were held related to party activities and the pro-people initiatives taken by the state’s coalition government. The party leaders also sought booth level reporting about the political and organizational activities of the last two months.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, said that BJP has become a party which has its supporters and members in every area of all the three regions of the state. More and more people are getting associated with BJP as they are convinced by the policies and programmes of Narendra Modi-led government at the centre. The people are also appreciable of the state’s coalition government, which has BJP as a partner.
Ashok Kaul asked the party activists to reach the people at booth level and educate them about the developmental projects and welfare schemes and help them in availing the benefits of such schemes which have been launched for the social and economic upliftment of the poor and weaker sections. He appreciated MLAs of Doda and Bhaderwah for working untiringly to mitigate the sufferings of the people. He assured the party activists that each one of them is important part of the party and will get due respect and honour.
Pawan Khajuria spoke on the future programmes to be undertaken at different levels to get more closer to the people. He also spoke on the importance of the regular meetings and interactions with the grass root activists.
BJP District General Secretary (organization) Vipin Sharma, senior leaders Koushal Kotwal, Raj Singh Kotwal and Raj Singh Charak, Mandal President Ramneek Manhas, Narinder Kotwal and Sanjay Saraf attended the meeting.
