A meeting of BJP Ministers, MPs, State Office Bearers, MLAs, Vice-Chair-persons, MLCs, District Presidents & General Secretaries, Mandal Presidents, Morcha State Presidents & General Secretaries and Vistaraks was held at party headquarter under State President & MLA Sat Sharma, along with MP Lok Sabha Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas, State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul, State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh, Pawan Khajuria and Harinder Gupta and MLC Ashok Khajuria.
Sat Sharma, while addressing large gathering in the meeting, said that the most important organ of BJP is its activist and it is the result of their efforts that today party claims to be the single largest party of the world. He said that Vistaraks of the party have been doing excellent work for the growth and the extension of the party activities in the State. He asked the party activists to grow their persona so as to develop themselves for the welfare of the society and the Nation. He also appealed to all the leaders present in the meeting to work like a grass root worker. He further asked that many flagship programs have been initiated in the birth centenary year of great ideologue Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay like plantation, health programmes, and most important of all is Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan, which need to be taken to the masses.
Ashok Koul, while addressing the meeting, said that the focus of every worker must be on strengthening of polling booth. He asked all to justify the job assigned by the party to them. He also sought the reportings from Mandal Presidents and asked them to work to provide benefits of Government schemes to at least 100 families per booth.
Shamsher Singh Manhas, in his address, asked all party activists to increase their stature to provide efficient service to the public. He emphasized on the role of Mandal level activists for strengthening the party and said that organizational set up is the basic requirement for the efficient working of the Organization. He also asked to include the prominent persons form every community in the Mandal teams for addressing the need of all the sections of the society.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the meeting, greeted everybody present in the meeting, for the newly elected President Ram Nath Kovind and claimed that this feast is achieved due to the high dedication level of BJP activists. He also hailed the strong foreign policy of PM Modi led Central government.
Ashok Khajuria said that the coordination between the party activists, party and the Government must be increased to provide maximum benefits to the public. He also asked the senior leaders of the party to concentrate on making people aware of welfare schemes.
Dr. Narinder Singh presented the details of forthcoming programmes to be taken into hand by the Mandal, District and State leaders. He also said that the stage set up by the Vistaraks must be utilized by the party leaders to augment their working in the society.
Harinder Gupta emphasized on the quality of the Mandal working. He asked to preplan every work in the Mandal meeting before going into the society.
During the course of the meeting, area wise details and the experiences were also sought by the senior leaders of the party from Vistaraks in particular. Activists acquainted the party leaders about difficulties and problems being faced by them while working in the society.
State Add. Office Secretary Jugal Kishor Gupta gave the details of the booth level programs.
Karya Vistaar Yojna Pramukh Pawan Sharma presented details of the works done by Alp-Vistaraks in their allotted areas and threw light on their role in strengthening the organizational structure.
Pawan Khajuria conducted the proceedings of the stage during the entire programme.
Earlier the meeting began with the lightening of the traditional lamp by Sat Sharma, along with Speaker Kavinder Gupta, Ministers Sham Choudhary, Abdul Ghani Kohli, Chander Prakash Ganga, Bali Bhagat and Priya Sethi, MPs Jugal Kishore Sharma and Shamsher Singh Manhas, Ashok Khajuria, Ashok Koul, Pawan Khajuria, Dr. Narinder Singh and Harinder Gupta.
