BJP Jammu West District held a meeting in Kachi Chawni office to discuss various issues related to development of the Jammu West Constituency as well the celebrations of foundation day of BJP and birthday of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.
District President Ayodhya Gupta, who chaired the meeting along with MLC Ramesh Arora took the stock of development works in Jammu West District, said that the State President & MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma is very keen to develop this constituency as the model for all, so all activists of party need to work very hard to speed up imminent works and start new ones to fulfil the public aspirations.
He informed the gathering present that party is going to celebrate its foundation day on 6th April as “Sthapna Divas” at all levels. He said that beginning right from the booth and ward level, we need to activate each unit and realize that our party is a party with difference, it is the party of public, not just of a family or community, having the slogan of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas”.
He said that the party is also celebrating birthday of great visionary leader Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar on 14th of April as social equality day named as “Samrasta Divas”. Dr. Ambedkar always advocated that humanity is the greatest religion of the world and we are one irrespective of color, caste, creed or sex, he added.
Ramesh Arora urged the activists to participate in both programs of party with full enthusiasm so that the ideology of party reaches out to every sympathizer of the party as well as general public.
Prabhari Jammu West Jugal Kishore Gupta also asked the volunteers to celebrate all the 9 days beginning from 6th to 14th April to have a reach of the party to each and every resident of the constituency.
Prem Gupta, Sanjeev Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Surinder Choudhary, Parveen Ghai, Puneet Mahajan, Dr. Akshay Sharma, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Kulbhushan Vohra, Keshav Chopra, Jatin Sethi, Radhey Sharma, Dr. Dineshwar Sharma, Sat Khajuria, Asha, Neelam Nargotra, Jyoti Sharma also attended the meeting.
