MLA RS Pura & Political Advisor to State BJP President Dr.Gagan Bhagat kick started the work of Community hall at village Kalyana in R.S Pura Constituency, which was the most pending demand of that village.Accompanied by the B.D.O R.S Pura and other officials of the rural development Bhagat started the work in the presence of large number of villagers various social and political activists of the locality.The said work will be done under the Border Area Development Programme (B.A.D.P) under the direct supervision of Rural Development Department and will be completed at an Estimated cost around 15 Lakhs.While addressing the gathering on the occasion Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that since it was his commitment with the people of Village Kalyana during his assembly elections, since the villagers had voted in favor of Bhartiya Janta Party and it is now his duty to fulfill his poll promises, and it is one of the most happiest moment that the said commitment has been accomplished.As this community Hall will be used by the villagers for performing various religious and social functions , and as a poor villager cannot pay for the Banquet hall this community hall will certainly bring a much awaited relief specially at this far flung village near the Border.Giving the details of the Community Hall Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that this community hall will be equipped with all the modern facilities like Aluminum fittings , false Gypsum Ceiling, and vitrified tiles will be used in the said construction of the Hall. Later on Dr.Gagan also paid a visit in the village and interacted with the locals and on their demand two lane and drain which was very much important and has never been taken care of by the previous government alleged the localites,Dr.Bhagat on the spot directed the R.D.D officials to prepare the estimates of the said work so that the construction should be started as soon as possible. Some villagers also apprised the legislator that the monthly ration supply was also not satisfactory and the villagers are forced to purchase the essential commodities from the open market ,on this Dr.Gagan directed the concerned Tehsil Supply Officer (T.S.O) of the C.A.P.D to pay a visit at the village Kalyana tomorrow along with the person who distributes the ration and discuss the issue with the villagers and rectify their problems, later on he also interacted with the youths of the village who were gathered there to meet the legislator regarding some issues of unemployment and recruitment, Dr.Gagan Bhagat told the youths of the village that the Prime Minister has initiated several training courses under the “Skill Development” and these courses will not only help the youths to train quality man power to impart education but also conduct research on issues facing this vital sector and will help in bridging the gap between community and industry, and in the coming days at R.S Pura a centre for “Skill Development” will be soon started .and the youths will be benefitted the most, and regarding the recruitment he said that he had met Home Minister Sh.Rajnath Singh , Defense Minister Sh.Manohar Parriker and D.G.P J&K Sh.K.Rajendra on this issue, he had requested them to hold the recruitment rallies at the border villages of R.S Pura Constituency ,so that these youths can get a chance to serve the nation,he also announced that soon the Indoor stadium at the P.V.C Bana Singh will be opened for the youths , so that we can best athelets for the indoor sports from this border area.On the occasion B.D.O R.S Pura Sanchi Mishra,S.H.O Arnia Abid ,J.E (R.E.W) Surjeet Kumar,Sarpanch Harnam Singh,Sr.B.J.P Leader Bansi Lal Bharti,GPC President Shankaar SIngh ,Mandal Pradhan BJP RS Pura,Natharam, Ashok Salaria,S.Balbir Singh,Ram Lal Dr.Kewal Kumar ,Panch Rampyara ,Panch Surinder Singh,Charanjeet, Amar Singh Charak,B.R Choudhary,S.Nidhaan Singh, S.Mohan Singh, Pandit Mohan Lal,Surinder Kumar,Anita Devi, Bina Devi, Joginder Lal and others were also present.
