IT Cell of BJP organizes presentation on cashless transactions

To make party leaders and activists aware about the concept of ‘Cashless transaction’, BJP IT & Social Media Department organized a presentation event at Trikuta Nagar Office, which was attended by BJP State President, State Office Bearers, Senior leaders, District and Morcha Presidents and their office bearers.

Sat Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, said that after demonetization, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA government at the Centre has decided to introduce the new mean of ‘Mobile Wallet’ for any banking transaction. He said that the objective of this new concept is to enable the subscriber to swipe a card and transfer the money anywhere without the tension of carrying currency note in your pockets. He asked the party activists to get themselves acquainted with the accurate information and the way of using swipe card and later share the same with the people in their respective areas so that they do not feel in convenience as an when they adopt this new concept.    

State General Secretary Pawan Khajuria, while terming the new concept as one more feather in the cap of Narendra Modi government, said that every decision of the government at the Centre is itself historic and the nation will fast reach into an era of Modern India and stand with pride in the comity of nations.

IT & Social Media Department Incharge Jaidev Rajwal, while giving the detailed presentation on the subject said that the ‘Mobile Wallets’ will have a number of modes including ‘e-wallet’, ‘Unified Payments Interface’ (UPI), ‘Cards, PoS’ for Swiping, ‘Unstructured Supplementary Service Data’ (USSD) for linking Mobile No. to one’s bank account,  ‘Aadhar’ Enabled Payment System for funds transfer, Balance Enquiry, Cash Deposit or Withdrawal and Interbank transaction through Thump Impression. He said that any information related to the Mobile Wallets can be enquired from the IT Cell of the party.

BJP leaders including Rajni Sethi, Dr. Narinder Singh, Sanjay Baru, Vikram Randhawa, Anuradha Charak, MLA Krishan Lal Bhagat, Brig. Anil Gupta, Baldev Singh Billawaria, Ayodhya Gupta, S. Varinderjit Singh, T.N. Bhat, K.B. Mohtra, Tarsem Choudhary, Surinder Choudhary and others attended the presentation event.
