MLA Rajesh Gupta inaugurated a 400 KV transformer at Kanji House today in ward no 7 and 15.The installation of the transformer in the area is today is going to benefit the people of Kanji House,Kaleeth Mohalla and Gumat Area.In all 270 households are going to benefit from this transformer. The estimated cost of the transformer is rupees 8 lakhs.
The people of these areas have suffered due to low voltage for a long time and with today’s installation of the new transformer they are going to heave a sigh of relief.
The people of the area thanked the MLA Rajesh Gupta for the initiative. The officials who accompanied the MLA included Xen PDD Ashok Gupta and AEE Ritnesh Puri.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the ocassion said that the Deputy CM Dr.Nirmal Singh Ji has assured the augmentation of receiving stations and panels.Due to the positive concern shown by Dy.CM rupees 1 crore has been sanctioned for each constituency for the improvement of HT and LT lines and also for the replacement of old poles.
