MLC Ramesh Arora (Adv) inaugurated the tile laying work at Ward No 9 Karan Nagar Jammu at an estimate cost of 4.50 Lac local resident including Dr. Yudvir Katoch, Daleet Singh, Ashok, Rakesh, Mahesh Kumar, Tejkrishan and Muncipal Committee officials Xen Parmod Sharma, AEE Mr. Bhaseen and JE concerned were present on spot at the time of inauguration. Mr. Arora while addressing media person said that although delayed but extended his good wishes to municipal authorities especially Mandeep Kaur Municipal Commissioner who is instrument in getting the works started with transparency.
Arora further said that we want to see Jammu as Smart City and matter is taken up with the concerned at New Delhi. Arora appealed all the persons to join hands as the whole world is making progress and we have to compete with others in the area of development. He said Government is committed to work for the development and development can be carried out with the active participation of all. He has further assured that many other projects are under pipeline and will be started soon.
Mr. Arora said we are all trustees of funds left at our disposal and at the disposal of Government. He appealed all his Collages MLC’s And MLA’s to carry on development activities with vigour speed and also asked the concerned departments to work with more efficiency. He further said that matter about Blacktopping in Jammu city will be completed very soon and he has already taken up matter with the concerned Commissioner and Chief Engineer.
Local residents Present on spot extended thanks and welcomed Ramesh Arora by garlanding and raising slogans for his initiative for getting long pending demands fulfilled because a Posh Locality like Karan Nagar was suffering from proper maintance .
